How to Request Data Deletion

Kompense is a product of Techno Believe Solutions Ltd (Company Number 10866509), registered at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data from Kompense, you can do so by following these steps:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@kompense.com with:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your registered email address
• Your account username (if applicable)

Option 2: Self-serve via Account Settings

The fastest path. Takes effect immediately, no support ticket required.

You'll be prompted to sign in first if you aren't already.

Or follow the manual steps:

1. Log in to your Kompense account at app.kompense.com/login
2. Go to Settings → Delete Account
3. Type your email address to confirm, then click Delete

Self-serve deletion takes effect immediately. Your account row is removed from our database within seconds, and PostgresON DELETE CASCADE wipes all related rows (competitors, snapshots, insights, battlecards, conversations, signals, etc.) atomically. Any active Stripe subscription is cancelled at the same time.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving your request, we will delete:

• Your account information (name, email)
• Your company and competitor data
• Your saved insights and reports
• Your preferences and settings
• Any data collected through Facebook/Meta integrations

Processing Time

Option 2 (self-serve) takes effect immediately — your account is removed within seconds and all related data is wiped atomically via PostgresON DELETE CASCADE.

Option 1 (email request) is processed manually within 30 days of receipt. You'll receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Data Retention

Please note that some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes) even after account deletion. Such data will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose.
