A competitor is any company or product you want to track. Each competitor profile includes their website, pricing pages, social media, reviews, job postings, and more. You can add or remove competitors at any time.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Annual billing is charged once per year at a discounted rate — you effectively get 2 months free compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings.
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, we'll provide a full refund — no questions asked. For annual plans, we offer prorated refunds if you cancel after 30 days.
