Before Kompense, tracking competitors meant paying analysts thousands a month to manually visit websites, scrape data into spreadsheets, and produce weekly slide decks that were already stale by the time they landed in your inbox.

I built Kompense because the existing competitive intelligence tools answered the wrong question. They ask “how do we sell to a 5-person PMM team?” The actual question for most B2B SaaS founders, indie marketers, and the agencies that serve them is “how do I track my 10 most important competitors without hiring anyone?”

The pricing said it all: $25,000–$50,000/year for tools designed around 4–8 week implementations. I’ve been on the buyer side of that conversation. I know how it ends.

So I built Kompense to be the opposite. 5-minute setup. Self-serve up to $1,499/month. Multi-tenant from day one so agencies can resell to their clients without re-architecting anything. The same intelligence engine the enterprise tools have, but built for the buyer they refuse to serve.
