How do I add a new competitor to track?
Navigate to the Competitors section in your dashboard and click "Add Competitor." Enter the competitor's website URL and our AI will automatically begin collecting data, generating battlecards, and monitoring for changes.
How often are competitor profiles updated?
Our data pipeline continuously monitors competitor websites, pricing pages, and public data sources. Most changes are detected within 24 hours.
Can I export battlecards for my sales team?
Yes. Battlecards can be exported as PDFs or shared via direct link. You can also push them directly to Slack channels for easy distribution.
What integrations are available?
Kompense currently integrates with Slack and offers a REST API for custom integrations. HubSpot and Salesforce integrations are coming soon. Check our roadmap for the latest updates.
